Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING FROM SPAIN AND AUSTRALIA

We ship from our warehouses in Spain and Australia (Victoria). Orders within the state of Victoria are delivered in 2-3 days, while shipments to other areas of Australia may take a bit longer.

We work with CTT express for shipments in Spain, DHL for Europe and international, and Australia Post for Australia and New Zealand.

TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation email once you check out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. Please choose carefully and pay attention while adding your details since we can not make changes to an order once it has been placed. 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Inalbis is not responsible for paying duties and taxes required for delivery on International shipments that require payment. The value will be calculated by customs according to the value of the purchase and the location where you are located.

EU
Parcels are shipped from within the EU (Spain), meaning no customs duties are incurred. UK is NOT in the EU.

Australia
Parcels are shipped from within Australia, meaning no customs duties are incurred.

International/Non-EU (UK applies here)
Customs duties and/or VAT may apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. INALBIS is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

RESPONSIBILITY

In the event that the parcel is not claimed or is rejected/refused by the receiver for any reason - DHL or the relevant carrier will return this parcel to INALBIS. Consequently there will be a 20€ - 80€ fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. You need to use a home address, we are not allowed to ship to parcel shops. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier service directly. CTT in Spain, DHL for EU and International and Australia Post for Australia and New Zealand.
