Return & Exchange Process
Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to avoid any misunderstandings or issues with your return.
To request a return or exchange, please CLICK ON THIS LINK. Once you complete the process, you will receive a QR code via email, allowing you to drop off your package at a nearby location without printing anything.
Australia and New Zealand Returns
If you are making a return from Australia or New Zealand you will have to make a manual return by using the courier of your choice and dropping the parcel at the courier location. Use our platform, CLICK ON THIS LINK ,to process the return/exchange and to receive the instructions and address.
Australian returns/exchanges are made manually. To make a return from
Australia, please follow these steps:

2. Create a package for the returned goods or use the original one
3. Use your courier company of choice
4. Send the parcel to our warehouse, here are the address and the

Remember that the customer covers the shipping cost. We will cover the
shipment of the new exchange order.
Refund Window
You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund. After this period, we cannot offer a refund.
Exchanges
The exchange process can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on how long it takes us to receive your shipment. You can see how your shipment is progressing with the tracking number received when you make the request. Please note that we have to receive your shipment, review it and prepare a new order. If you are in a hurry to receive the exchange, we recommend that you make a return and place a new order. This process is faster.
Return Conditions
All products must be returned in their original protective plastic bag, as it contains the barcode needed to identify the item. Please make sure that when you make the return the product you put in the bag matches the product specified on the bag.
The bikini must be in its original condition (unworn, with tags, padding and the protective sticker on). If the protective sticker is missing upon arrival, don’t worry—you can still proceed with the return. Please try on bottoms over underwear if unsure about keeping them.
Shipping Costs
If you request a refund, the initial shipping cost is non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you choose an exchange, you only pay for shipping to our warehouse—we cover the shipping back to you.

Australia - The refund is made manually; you can choose the courier company you like.
Gift Card Bonus
If you opt for a refund in the form of a gift card, we’ll add an extra 10% to your refund amount, giving you more value for your return.
Warehouse Locations & Customs Fees
Our warehouses are located in Spain and Australia. If you are returning an order from outside Europe or Australia, customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges must be covered by the customer to complete the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once it’s done. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount may take 3-5 business days to appear.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased at 50% off or more (e.g., clearance sales) cannot be returned.
Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, it will be returned to INALBIS. In this case, a €20 - €80 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs. This is non-negotiable.
